All steel lightweight monocoque tanker. Construction strictly in accordance with AS/NZ 1210 Pressure Vessel code.

Features:

- SAF Intradisc air suspension and axles with disc brakes and 10 stud x 285mm pcd steel hubs fitted to both trailers
- Four (4) air operated PINCH type product control valves
- Six (6) Knappco manual loading hatches (3 per tanker)
- Four (4) cone clean-out valves (positioned bottom of each cone).
- 10 stud alloy wheels total sixteen (16) with 11.00R22.5 tyres
- Full-length top of tanker walkway with fold-way handrails centre of tankers with park brake interlock
- Emergency Stop / Shut-Off (E-Stop)
- Trailer load gauge at top of tankers and adjacent suspension at ground level
- Full-width stone guard in front of P-tanker landing legs both tankers
- Axle Hub-meter
- EBS P-tanker trailer brake control

Construction:

- All steel, continuously welded to AS1210 Unfired Pressure Vessel Code.
- HU300 Steel Plate material throughout.

- Four (4) discharge cones with bottom product discharge
- Six (6) 500mm diameter Knappco access/fill hatch
- One (1) access ladder both tanks
- One (1) full-length tank walkway at centre with shin rail
- Stainless steel fold-away handrails at top of tank with park brake interlock both tankers
- All steel lightweight monocoque tanker construction strictly in accordance with AS/NZ 1210 Pressure Vessel code

Proprietary Equipment:

- One (1) Set of five Solimar product aerators with one (1) 50mm ball type control valve and check valve at the base of each cone
- Four (4) PINCH type product discharge control valves.
- Top air manual control both P-tankers.
- One (1) tank air pressure relief valve (1100 cfm capacity) per tanker
- Two (2) liquid filled tank air pressure gauges per tanker
- One (1) 100mm stainless steel Camlock product per tanker
- Discharge hose connection at side of each tanker vehicle
- Two (2) 5.0 metre long hose tubes
- Two (2) 4.5 m product hoses included per tanker suit soda ash product
